Public Ferry Service Schedule: LGCT New York

Joining us next weekend for the Longines Global Champions Tour of New York? This unique event will be held on the picturesque Governors Island - just a short ferry ride away, and here's the latest timetable to keep you up to speed on how to get to and from the venue! 

LGCT New York will be FREE ADMISSION for the public across all three days, there will be a public tribune with seating on a first-come-first-served basis and you must be re registered. At the Exhibition Village at the showground, there will be a variety of shops, food and beverage outlets and great public seating in the village where there is a direct view of the arena and the sport can also be watched on the big screen in the Village. 

 
Travel to Governors Island is by an eight-minute ferry from Battery Maritime Building in Lower Manhattan to Soissons Landing. Ferries will also bring visitors to Governors Island from Brooklyn’s Pier 6 on Saturdays and Sundays. 

The ferry over to the Island is $3 and return ferries are not ticketed back to the city. During the three day event visitors can simply walk in and enjoy what will be world-class equestrian sporting action every afternoon. Ferries are free for children under 12 years of age and senior citizens, as well as IDNYC holders and current and former military service members.
